COMMON ROOM

Boafall has a large combined dining and living room with seating for 20 diners. The dining room has a wood-burning stove.

Next to the dining room is a small living room with a smart TV, seating and an electric piano.

In the basement there is a 25 m2 room with a pool table. A large play room with table tennis. Finally, a shower and toilet.

KITCHEN EQUIPMENT

The kitchen is a canteen kitchen equipped with two large refrigerators and a chest freezer. Large stove with 4 mass cookers, a large griddle, an industrial dishwasher, coffee machines and the like. There is tableware for 20 people.

Boafall has 9 bedrooms with room for a total of 20 guests. The sleeping accommodation is divided into:
- 4 bedrooms with double bed
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds

- 1 room with 1 large single bed

In the basement

On the ground floor:

OUTDOOR FACILITIES

Lake and forest - lots of forest and just as many lakes. The nearest lake 'Moagylet' is less than 100 metres from the house. Here you can swim (no jetty here), fish and sail in your own canoe etc.
There is a 25 m2 terrace on the west side of the house overlooking the lake Moagylet. There is garden furniture (plastic) 4 tables and 20 chairs.
On the west side there is also a large fire pit with benches and a fixed barbecue. The grill can be swivelled in different directions and adjusted in height. You'll find plenty of firewood in the forest around the house.
