For golfers, Sweden is a paradise - there are around 70 golf courses in Skåne alone, and the quality is generally somewhat better than in Denmark, and at significantly lower green fee prices. The detailed map to the right shows the area around Boafall Lodge - here with 6 golf courses (green) and 3 ski slopes (blue).

OLOFSTRÖM GC

Just a few kilometres from Boafall is Olofström Goldklub. The course may not be the most well-maintained in the area, but it offers some very spectacular holes that tee off from tee locations high above the terrain - like here on the 1st tee (pictured).

ARASLØV GC

A few kilometres north of Kristianstad lies Arasløv Golf Course. The course is a mixed parkland and forest course, but with exceptionally fast greens, beautiful fairways and challenges for all players.

OESTRAGÔRINGS GC

Ôstragôringe GC - about 1 km north of Knistlinge. An incredibly beautiful course in hilly terrain, with lots of water in play and o.b. This course must be experienced!

KRISTIANSSTAD/ÅHUS GC

Beautiful 2 x 18-hole parkland and heathland course. Previously ranked on Sweden's Top 10 list of golf courses.

ELISEFARM GK

On the way to and from Boafall you pass Elisefarm GK about 50 km from Malmö. The clubhouse can be seen from the motorway. Beautiful course! Tel: 0046 0413 - 330 70.

SKEPPARSLØV GC

Shortly before Kristianstad you can turn off towards Skepparsløv Golf Club - a beautiful course set high in the landscape.
